Customer services and traffic news!

We will not work with any grammar in this lesson, but I have a question for you. Or rather two: Do you sometimes call a customer service? And do you listen to the traffic news? If you have answered at least one of these questions with a “yes”, then you will find some very useful everyday phrases and sentences in lesson.
